How did Italian women live during fascism? In which way did Mussolini try to influence women’s lives?

This lecture will explore a series of events and legislations which transformed Italian women’s lives in Mussolini Fascist Italy.

Cosetta Seno received her Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.

She is associate professor of Italian at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she teaches courses in Italian literature and history with special emphasis in Women’s Studies.
