Congratulations to Dr. Chiara Fabbian, Director of the Italian Program at UIC, for receiving the 2018 Dante Alighieri Award by the Illinois chapter of the AATI (American Association Teachers of Italian)!
The mission of the AATI is to promote the study, teaching and appreciation of Italian culture and language in academic and community settings. Every year, the organization bestows the Dante Award on an individual in the community who has promoted Italian in a noteworthy way.
